I. Job Summary
WM is seeking an experienced individual with functional and technical aspects of Oracle Cloud ERP to provide services at our downtown Houston, TX office. This candidate will administer, analyze, configure and/or support production operations for Oracle ERP Cloud (Primary: Fixed Asset (FA), Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Project Costing (PC): Secondary: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP) modules) and integrations with numerous boundary systems.
The individual will serve as an Oracle Cloud Applications expert, responsible for conducting business process and requirements analyses, evaluating solution options, and performing preliminary cost-benefit assessments to ensure alignment of IT solutions with WM’s business strategy.
Further, the individual will identify, document and manage business requirements, specifications, business process changes, and recommendations related to the proposed solution via industry standards analysis techniques such as data flow modeling, workflow analysis, functional decomposition analysis, use cases, and user stories.
II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Support Oracle Cloud Fixed Asset (FA), Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Project Costing (PC) modules.
- Design, develop, and maintain custom and standard Fixed Asset reports, including asset register, depreciation schedules, roll-forward reports, retirements, and tax reporting.
- Support month-end and year-end close activities related to fixed assets, PPM and project costing module including reconciliations and audit schedules.
- Support Financial systems including custom integrations (e.g., real-time, middleware, inbound and outbound)
- Offer comprehensive functional support of Oracle applications, manage system integration via File-Based
- Data Import (FBDI), REST APIs, and SOAP Web Services
- Analyzes impact of configuration from foundational structures to extensions to downstream systems and integrations.
- Collaborate and work closely with the onshore/offshore technical & middleware teams.
- Ensures data integrity and governance by supporting large/complex data imports and extracts and validating accuracy through reporting and queries.
- Provides analysis and consultation on the implementation of new software application products or new modules in existing applications.
- Develop detailed testing scenarios, write test scripts, and conduct system and user acceptance testing to ensure solution integrity and performance.
- Act as subject matter experts and as Finance functional owners for Oracle Cloud ERP. Keep up to date on application functionality, training, and releases.
- Hands on configuration of application(s), evaluating impact and supporting releases, patches, upgrades, and enhancements.
- Reviews open cases/issues and troubleshoots or assigns to other team members for resolution. Coordinates with vendor regarding required support by opening tickets, escalating, and following up as required.
- Ensures the development of complex information systems or revisions to existing system logic to meet business requirements and objectives.

- Provides informal assistance such as technical guidance and/or training to coworkers.
- May lead project teams and/or plan and supervise assignments of lower level employees.
IV. Qualifications

A. Education and Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree (accredited), or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and four (4) years of relevant work experience.
- Experience: Eight (8) years of previous experience (in addition to education requirement).

C. Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required
- Database queries/extracts using calculations, formulas, and complex commands.
- Extensive experience evaluating requirements and specs for development, testing and deployment.
- Hands on configuration of application(s), evaluating impact and supporting releases, patches, upgrades and enhancements.

The expected base pay range for this position across the U.S. is $98,385 - $146,952 . This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.
