Job Summary
- Maintain the integrity, accuracy and confidentiality of HR master data in SAP and SuccessFactors HCM.
- Perform regular audits and data reviews to ensure data quality and compliance within HR systems.
- Act as liaison between HR and IT teams to support HR related projects and initiatives.
- Lead and coordinate HRIT projects, including gathering requirements, documenting specifications and process flows, developing training materials, and collaborating with stakeholders across HR and IT.
- Assess business needs, evaluate processes and define business requirements to recommend and implement technology driven HR solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage testing and implementation of new/enhanced solutions and workflow processes to increase operating efficiency and improve productivity and operational performance.
- Provide technical and configuration support for multiple modules of SuccessFactors HCM Suite, in alignment with business requirements.
- Support cloud-based Workforce Analytics product by customizing dashboards and generating insights to assist clients with data driven decision making.
- Perform routine system maintenance, including assisting in the review, testing and implementation of system upgrades and patches.
- Perform exploratory research and analysis to identify value-added technology enhancements leading to improved end-user experience.
- Generates reports/queries, including writing, maintaining and supporting a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools. Assists in development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs
- BS/BA Degree required in Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resource Management, or other related field.
- Requires a minimum three to five (3-5) years of demonstrated experience providing technical support for the implementation, development and maintenance of human resource related applications by gathering requirements & specifications, conducting analysis, documenting, training and coordinating with various internal and external customers.
- Strong MS Office skills required.
- Strong organizational, motivational, communication and problem-solving skills required.
- Minimum five (5) years’ experience providing technical support for the implementation, development and maintenance of human resource related applications by gathering requirements, specifications writing, conducting analysis, documentation, training and coordinating with various internal and external customers.
- Ability to address multiple activities simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet overlapping deadlines.
- Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- Experience supporting SuccessFactors HCM applications and creating/working with dashboards and analytics is preferred. Experience in data management and system configuration is essential.
- Knowledge of relational databases and experience with SQL
- Experienced with MS Power BI, Tableau and MS Access
