Description
Responsible for enforcing existing project management methodologies within a fast-paced environment. The Requires the ability to manage large multi-faceted projects and multiple projects simultaneously. Oversight responsibility for all aspects of the analysis, design, development, testing and implementation of multiple assigned projects, and planning, directing, and coordinating resources and activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Translate business needs into defined and well documented requirements, requiring an advanced level of analysis, problem solving skills, and team collaboration. Educate Business partners as well as 3rd party Project Managers on the Banks PMO methodologies to help ensure project success. Tracking and reporting on key initiatives with the ability to effectively communicate at an executive level is required
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES
- Manage projects, including large multi-faceted projects and multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effectively communicate to a wide spectrum of stakeholders including C-level executives.
- Manage projects from original concept through final implementation and interface with all areas affected by the project including lines of business, Information Technology, Information Security, operational units, and vendors. Provide a high level of coordination between application, technical, business, and external vendor resources by facilitating project team meetings and working sessions.
- Build and maintain strong business unit management relationships and maintain alignment with support and project needs.
- Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, business process descriptions, use cases, task, and workflow analysis to support new products and services.
- Integrate IT activities with the business units and other operational departments to ensure the successful implementation and support of project efforts.
- Develop and maintain all required project documentation: project definition, detailed project plan, estimates, issues/action items/decisions log, test and training plans, and implementation plan.
- Ensure all significant risks are identified and mitigation plans are developed and incorporated into project activities. Recognize, escalate, and resolve material project impediments in a timely fashion.

Build, maintain and oversee scope, cost, risk, resource, and vendor management plans. Deliver effective project status reports to project sponsor, stakeholders, and executive management and promptly
escalate project issues. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of the project life cycle methodologies by delivering feedback on new and revised project management processes.

Monday - Friday: 8:00AM - 5:00PM.
