User Support Coordinator
Location: Houston,Texas reporting locally to the Information Technology Manager

What You’ll Do
IT Support & Delivery
- Be part of the elite 24/7/365 support rotation for our trading systems
- Own the resolution of hardware/software issues — from ticketing to troubleshooting
- Deliver hands-on training for users on tech tools and video conferencing
- Escalate complex problems and collaborate with global teams
- Investigate security incidents and ensure compliance
- Handle equipment setups, moves, and changes with precision
- Manage user access and permissions with strict adherence to policy
- Keep daily operations smooth with proactive checks and task execution
- Process purchase requests and invoice entries to keep things running
User & Tech Environment Management
- Champion the deployment and evolution of user devices — laptops, dealer boards, phones, and more
- Gather insights from users to drive innovation and improvements
- Communicate changes clearly and ensure user alignment
- Align with global IT standards and policies to maintain consistency and excellence
