Position Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle VBCS Technical Lead with a strong background in Oracle Fusion Cloud. The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of IT experience, including 5–6+ years in Oracle Fusion Cloud technical roles, and will have deep expertise in VBCS (Visual Builder Cloud Service), Sandbox customization, and Redwood design.
This role involves developing custom solutions, integrating with Oracle Fusion applications, and working directly with business stakeholders. The successful candidate will act as a hands-on technical lead and individual contributor, driving solution design, implementation, and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and deliver custom solutions in Oracle Fusion Cloud using VBCS and Sandbox customization.
Develop user-friendly applications leveraging Redwood design with VBCS.
Design and implement integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, and FDBI/HDL.
Develop reporting solutions using BIP (BI Publisher) and OTBI.
Provide expertise in OJET and JavaScript for advanced front-end customizations.
Collaborate with stakeholders, gather requirements, and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
Work closely with SCM modules (Planning & Manufacturing) for domain-specific solutions.
Provide security role administration, service connection setup, and authentication services.
Act as a technical mentor and advisor to the team while functioning as an individual contributor.
Required Skills & Qualifications
10+ years of IT experience with strong Oracle ERP exposure.
5–6+ years of recent technical experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud.
Proven track record of delivering 10+ custom solutions using VBCS or VBS.
Strong hands-on expertise in Sandbox customization.
Proficiency in Redwood design with Visual Builder.
Strong technical expertise in:
Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
Oracle JET (OJET) and JavaScript
BIP & OTBI Reporting
REST API, FDBI, and HDL integrations
SCM domain knowledge, particularly Planning and Manufacturing modules.
Strong communication skills with ability to work directly with business stakeholders.
