ATS Support Specialist – Dynamics 365
Location: Montgomery, Conroe, or The Woodlands, TX (or open to remote for local talent)
Are you passionate about technology and people? Do you have a background in recruiting but are eager to step away from the traditional recruiting role? We’re looking for an ATS Support Specialist with a solid recruiting foundation to join our fast-growing software company. This role will allow you to use your recruiting experience while diving into technology, training, and supporting our cutting-edge Applicant Tracking System (ATS) software.
Responsibilities:
- Provide training and support to recruiters and recruiting teams on how to effectively use our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Respond to user inquiries regarding software functionality and troubleshoot system-related issues.
- Act as a business analyst to gather user requirements for customization and enhancements to the ATS.
- Maintain and update customer documentation to ensure accurate and useful resources.
- Manage and resolve support tickets in a timely manner.
- Participate in weekly team calls and collaborate on ongoing projects.
- Assist with data migrations as needed, ensuring smooth transitions.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to train and support users.
- Background in recruiting (preferably 1 to 3 years of experience).
- Passion for technology and a quick learner.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Positive attitude and a strong willingness to go the extra mile to build rapport with customers.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) is a plus, but we’re happy to provide training on the software.
