QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Previous work experience in area related to job assignment
- Competency in mathematical computation with knowledge of processing purchase orders
- Extensive experience in Microsoft Office applications, Adobe Acrobat Pro, eFinance, and eSchoolPlus
- Able to manage multiple tasks, projects and prioritize necessary actions
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Competency in the CFISD proficiency test (score 85 or above and minimum of 50 wpm typing skills
Special Knowledge/Skills:

SALARY/PAYGRADE:
$38,963 CP-6
Salary Range (based on experience) as set by the Board of Trustees.
Major Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assist the Technology department with data entry for third party purchasing, data base maintenance, hardware request, software request, installation requests, budget codes and communication with campuses about information for processing orders
- Organize department calendars, agendas, schedules and room arrangements for Technology staff meetings
- Handle correspondence for the Director of Technology Support Services. Also handle general office work including memos, letters, filing, phone calls, messages, copying and faxing for theTechnology department
- Prepare purchase orders including matching invoices and packing slips to appropriate purchase order, typing, copying and maintain a log/data base of purchase orders
- Process Distribution Requisition orders to order and maintain supplies for the Technology department. Also create invoices for payment of copy paper usage from all ISC-West departments
- Payroll processing for the following groups: Temporary/Seasonal Workers (PEIMS-Registrars) & Non-Exempt/Hourly Employee – Overtime & Special Projects Compensation

Assist with the interviewing process for the following groups: (create & submit job requisitions via Applicant Tracking System (TED), prescreen applicants, schedule interviews, correspond with applicants {directly and via TED}, compile applicant packets {digital and paper} for interview panels, secure meeting rooms for interviews):
- CTO
- DACC (DII, Assets, CCC, Campus Technology Support Team, and One to One)
- ISA (Information Services & Applications)
- NIC (Network Infrastructure & Communications)

Assist with the onboarding process (iSupport account creation, eFinance access, eSchool+ access, badges, parking tags, keys, alarm codes, ordering furniture and/or equipment) for new hires for the following groups:
- CTO
- DACC
- ISA
- NIC9
- Training/Course Creation and attendance tracking in CFPGS for the Technology Department
- Assist the CTO Executive Assistant with travel arrangements and conference registrations for Technology Services staff
- Order supplies and furniture for the following Technology teams: DACC (DII, Asset Management, Campus Technology Support, Customer Care, and One to One)
- Serve as Absence Reconciler in Aesop for the following Technology teams: DACC, NIC (Network Infrastructure, and Information Services and Applications)
- Assist Directors and Managers with HR/Payroll duties (i.e., timesheet issues, timesheet approver issues, Leave Bank inquiries, FMLA requests/questions, Worker’s Comp paperwork submissions and follow-up, etc.)
- Support the management of meeting spaces within the Instructional Support Complex

Support building management and safety operations for the Instructional Support Complex
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Provide receptionist functions as necessary
- Perform other duties as assigned
