We’re hiring a Order Entry Specialist for our NW Houston client! We are looking for experienced, reliable, hard-working employees who can interview immediately!
DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:
- Job Title: Order Entry Specialist
- Location: NW Houston
- Pay: $18-$22/hr
- Hours: M-F, 7:00am-4:00pm (exact shift may vary)
- Duration: Temp-to-Hire
- Description of Duties: Accurately input customer order data into Epicor, including customer details, item numbers, pricing, and payment info. Responsible for creating job numbers, generating Sales Order Acknowledgements, and coordinating with the manufacturing, purchasing, and sales teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Requirements: Must have prior experience as an Order Entry Specialist or in a similar role. Experience in the fastener manufacturing industry is a plus. Strong attention to detail, excellent data entry skills, and the ability to follow up on orders and communicate with internal departments are essential. Familiarity with Epicor or similar ERP systems is highly preferred.
