Position Overview
We are seeking Post-Construction Cleaning Cleaners to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming construction sites into clean, polished, and move-in ready spaces. This position requires strong attention to detail, a positive work ethic, and the ability to work efficiently in a team or independently.

Responsibilities
• Perform detailed cleaning of newly constructed or renovated spaces (residential, commercial, or industrial).
• Remove construction dust, debris, and residues from all surfaces, including floors, walls, windows, and fixtures.
• Clean and polish appliances, cabinetry, countertops, and surfaces.
• Vacuum, mop, and sanitize all required areas.
• Handle specialty cleaning tasks such as window cleaning, floor polishing, and high-dust removal.
• Follow company safety protocols and wear proper protective equipment.
• Report any damages, safety hazards, or issues to supervisors.
• Ensure all cleaning is completed on time and to company quality standards.

Qualifications
• Previous cleaning, janitorial, or construction cleaning experience preferred (but not always required—training available).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to work in post-construction environments.
• Team player with a positive, professional attitude.
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
