Description
Position Description
- To record, index, and verify all documents processed through the Civil, Juvenile, Family, and Criminal courts for better customer accessibility.
- To maintain department standards and achieve objectives utilizing knowledge of office codes, rules, policies, and department standard operating procedures.
- Assist all personnel in a courteous, professional, and efficient manner.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent from an accredited educational institution.
- Must have customer service experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be capable of working under stress and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be able to work flexible hours and overtime on short notice.
- Must be able to maneuver, including lifting and moving a minimum of thirty (30) pounds.
- Testing will be required.
- Must be eligible for employment in the United States of America.
- Testing will be required (Grammar 80% Typing 35 words per minute with 80% accuracy)

- You will have no more than 5 calendar days to access and complete testing.
- Your score will be automatically uploaded to your application.
- The test may be taken once every 30 days.
- Most recent test scores are retained for up to 6 months.

- Regular Full-time
- Monday – Friday | 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
Salary:
- $20.00 Hourly
- Based on 26 Pay Periods

Employment is contingent upon passing a background check and drug screen.
