About the Role
We are seeking a highly driven, strategic researcher and outreach specialist—someone who doesn’t just look for leads but knows how to strategically identify and engage decision-makers at the highest level. If you’re sharp, persistent, and have a strong instinct for uncovering high-value corporate opportunities, this role is for you.
Your ability to research, investigate, and engage qualified prospects will directly fuel the growth of MaxCash’s business development efforts. We want someone with a private investigator mindset, who understands how to identify key players in the lending industry, establish initial contact, and pass actionable opportunities to our executive team.
This is not a passive research role. You will be expected to proactively seek out industry leaders, lending professionals, and lead generators—specifically those operating in the payday, car title, and installment loan spaces—and strategically open the door for our Vice Presidents to close high-level deals.

Founded in 2015, MaxCash is a multi-million-dollar company specializing in lead generation services in the lending industry. While we currently represent only 3% of the marketplace, the opportunity for growth is massive. Our competitors handle five times the volume we do—we intend to surpass them, and we need the right talent to help us do it.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct deep-dive research using platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other digital tools to identify high-value decision-makers in the lending industry.
- Monitor relevant groups, forums, and professional networks to identify potential leads.
- Engage in strategic outreach and initiate conversations with potential partners.
- Qualify and pass strong leads to our executive leadership team for follow-up and closing.
- Maintain detailed records of research, conversations, and lead handoffs.
- Continuously refine and improve research strategies to maximize lead quality.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and deep web prospecting.
- Strong research and investigative skills; ability to identify key decision-makers.
- Experience with precision-targeted outreach strategies.
- Ability to communicate confidently and professionally with executive-level contacts.
- Fearless, persistent, and self-motivated with excellent common sense and judgment.
- Experience working in or researching within financial services, lead generation, or lending verticals is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base salary: $75,000 - $95,000 plus performance-based bonuses.
