Job Description
The individual will be a member of the Product & Marketing Team. The primary responsibility is to provide product and marketing support to global customers and collaborators, which includes but is not limited to:
Product Lifecycle Management: Drive the execution of the product lifecycle processes, including product research, product development, product launch, market research, and roadmap development.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, R&D, and Customer Support teams to gather insights, resolve inquiries, and enhance customer experience.
Market Analysis and Strategy: Analyze and present products’ strengths, weaknesses, competitors, requirements, and sales performance. Conduct market analyses to inform strategic decisions.
Product & Business Planning: Drive the product and business-planning process across cross-functional teams of the company.
Marketing Support: Provide support for marketing campaigns, tradeshows, webinars, and other promotional activities. Assist in content creation, including writing, proofreading, and editing scientific and marketing content.
Additional Duties: Perform other product-related duties as assigned to support Product & Marketing Team objectives.
The individual will be a member of the Product & Marketing Team. The primary responsibility is to provide product and marketing support to global customers and collaborators, which includes but is not limited to:
Requirement
Minimum of a Master’s degree in Life Sciences (Biology, Biochemistry, or related field); PhD preferred.
Familiarity with recombinant proteins, enzymes, and antibodies. Experience with protein expression using E. coli/insect cell systems, protein purification, and enzymatic assays is preferred.
Proven track record of writing and proofreading scientific documents, including manuscripts, grants, and dissertations.
Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, data-analysis, and data-presenting skills.
Flexibility: Adapt to changing priorities and produce high-quality content on short notice.
Language Skills (Preferred): Fluency in Mandarin is highly preferred to facilitate communication with our Headquarters and clients.
Must be able to lift and move 25-50 lbs.
