Essential Performance Functions
- Prepares and maintains the surgical environment for each patient, ensuring readiness for procedures.
- Provides direct patient care as defined by institutional performance standards.
- Cleans and turns over the OR between cases and prepares rooms per established protocols.
- Manages patient transport and restocking of supplies according to standards.
- Cleans and resets the OR at the end of the day to prepare for next-day use.
