About The Role:

This position requires legal authorization to work in the U.S. Candidates must be able to provide the necessary documentation to verify identity & employment eligibility through the I-9 verification process.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect lab space and equipment to identify areas needing cleaning or maintenance.
- Support lab personnel by ensuring cleanliness and preparing tools for experiments, tests, or maintenance.
- Sort and organize small mechanical components (bolts, screws, nuts, washers) into designated bins.
- Label and categorize hardware for easy access and use.
- Dispose of trash and recycling in compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Report safety hazards or damaged equipment to the supervisor immediately.
- Follow instructions and safety guidelines to maintain a secure work environment.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must meet U.S. Person status to perform job duties.
- Previous experience in cleaning or maintenance is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable standing, bending, and kneeling for extended periods.
- Able to work in environments with potential exposure to dust and chemicals (PPE provided).
