How you'll make an impact
Primarily responsible for implementing sales strategies and processes; ultimately executing against divisional and regional strategies using automated solutions to drive sales success. Works with the field, business stakeholders and subject-matter experts to define enablement objectives that then use these insights and requirements to develop content and build solutions that are sales-relevant, channel-relevant, practical and scalable.
- Prioritizing and managing complex situations with multiple responsibilities simultaneously while addressing with appropriate urgency
- Champions sales strategies, owning the delivery of the strategy and positioning the overall pursuit and sales packages
- Working closely with leadership to create a regional plan that enables producers to have consistent, effective and engaging sales conversations with prospects and customers at each stage of the sales cycle
- Engaging with Regional and Divisional Sales Enablement Leadership, Regional and Branch Leadership and producers to identify knowledge, skills and systems enablement requirements
- Creating insights to drive new business ad renewal activity success, enable process improvement and inform cross-functional solutions
- Creating content, curriculum, exercises and events as part of program delivery
- Assessing performance through various reports, surveys, interviews and analysis
- Producing, analyzing and interpreting highly complex data into key themes and findings in a simplified and clear way
- Owning and updating all content to ensure relevance.
- Oversees processes and systems for efficacy and continuous improvement of the sales functions.
- Identifies and creates tools to assist sales teams.
- May provide guidance to lower level staff, but has no formal supervisory responsibility.
About You
Required:
- Bachelors’ degree and 5 years relevant experience in Sales Enablement and/or Product Marketing, Proposals, Operations, Business Process, Program Ownership and Business Development experience required.
- Strong understanding of sales concepts, sales processes, sales methodologies.
- Highly skilled in Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
- Demonstrated success in a deadline-driven environment.
- Experience in positioning content and materials in the pursuit or retention of business.
- Experience in explaining complex concepts, ideas and solutions for processes, products and capabilities to a wide range of audiences.
- Strategic thinker and problem solver with hands-on approach.
- Outstanding communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
- Ability to influence others.
- Possess excellent time management and organizational skills.
