- Track record of setting and achieving short-medium, and long-term marketing goals through strategic planning and execution
- Deep experience designing and executing effective marketing campaigns across digital, content, events, and brand channels
- Strong project and event management skills, with attention to detail and cross-functional coordination
- Proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM systems, as well as marketing automation tools
- Able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and effectively prioritize work

What You’ll Do:
- Strategic Marketing Leadership: Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to define and execute marketing strategies that support client acquisition & growth, sales enablement, brand recognition, and firm-wide initiatives. Oversee day-to-day management of the marketing team, including coaching, performance management, and capability building.
- Sales Enablement: Develop and maintain best-in-class sales collateral, tools, and templates aligned with a firm-wide push for integrated solution selling. Ensure timely and high-quality fulfillment of internal marketing support requests. Align marketing efforts with firm-wide messaging, brand standards, and strategic priorities.
- Brand & Go-to-Market Strategy: Lead the ongoing evolution of Riveron’s brand to drive clear market differentiation and consistency across all touchpoints. Execute integrated campaigns including thought leadership, public relations, content strategy, and social media to build awareness and engagement with target audiences such as CFOs and private equity stakeholders. Support go-to-market strategy and flawless execution in collaboration with ELT and business leaders.
- Demand Generation & Digital Marketing: Drive lead generation strategies in alignment with sales and growth objectives. Manage digital marketing channels including website, email, webinars, and social media to maximize engagement, lead quality, and ROI.
- Event & Client Marketing: Partner with Client Service teams to plan and execute firm-wide and client-facing events that deepen relationships and enhance the firm’s presence in the market. Support the development of marketing strategies that elevate both Riveron’s and its clients’ brand experiences.
- Marketing Operations & Analytics: Oversee the annual marketing planning process and budget management. Define and track performance metrics, using data to continuously optimize strategy and execution. Research and implement new tools and technologies that streamline processes and enhance team productivity.
- Reporting & Communication: Deliver regular updates, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership. Provide ad hoc analysis and presentations to support strategic decision-making.
