PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Essential Functions
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive analytics strategies to maximize fan engagement, optimize gameday operations, and increase revenue.
- Collaborate with the HDFC Strategy & Analytics team to execute initiatives and projects that support growth across business functions.
- Support internal consulting projects that explore, evaluate, and recommend strategies and tactics aligned with the club’s priorities.
- Develop analytical approaches to transform complex data into thoughtful, actionable, and scalable insights.
- Build strong cross-functional relationships to identify source data, develop go-forward strategies, and support implementation.
- Perform ad hoc analysis to inform strategic planning and business development.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, private equity, or investment banking; sports industry experience is a plus.
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills; experience with Microsoft Power BI is a plus
