Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process: from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to create accurate job descriptions and develop targeted recruiting strategies.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to refine talent acquisition efforts—tracking time-to-fill, candidate quality, and sourcing effectiveness.
  • Drive best-in-class candidate experience while maintaining employer branding and diversity hiring standards.
  • Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, particularly for technical and project-based roles within the EPC and power delivery industry.
  • Develop interview frameworks and train stakeholders on effective interviewing and selection processes.
  • Advise on compensation strategy, including salary ranges, incentive structures, and market trends.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local employment regulations and internal policies.
  • Represent the company at career fairs and professional recruiting events to build a pipeline of future talent.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 5+ years of proven success in full-cycle recruiting, with strong experience in technical and EPC-related roles.
  • Experience in recruiting within the power delivery or infrastructure sectors is strongly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP).
  • Experienced in representing employers at university and college career fairs to attract and recruit emerging talent
