- Developing and implementing market strategies to drive growth in the energy sector;
- Providing technical leadership on strategic energy initiatives;
- Securing energy projects across the capital project lifecycle;
- Leading cross-functional teams to deliver integrated planning and engineering services for capital projects across North America and globally;
- Supporting cross-functional teams and services to develop strategies and support planning for clients navigating global climate policies and energy markets;
- Leading multiple projects within the scope/budget/schedule expectations and ensuring quality standards on project deliverables;
- Effectively stewarding and building client relationships to repeat business; and
- Developing business opportunities with new and existing clients and preparing associated proposals and go-to-market strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business management. (required)
- Advanced degree in the same field. (preferred)
- Leadership courses and training (preferred)
- At least 15 years of experience working within the Energy Sector or equivalent combination of education and experience. (required)
- Experience developing capital projects related to the planning, financing, engineering, and construction for the project lifecycle. (required)
- Experience in targeting and securing large energy infrastructure projects. (required)
- Experience in managing and directing large energy infrastructure projects (including engineering teams). (required)
- Experience managing the overall delivery of projects including project planning and controls, financial management, change management, risk management, and contract/subcontract management. (required)
- Experience in conducting technical due diligence for seller and buyer sides, advisory services for industrial portfolios, development of recommendations and implementation of best-fit energy technology solutions. (required)
- Experience with national and international policies and standards. (required)
- Overnight travel may be required.
- Health & Safety training, medical monitoring, and client-driven drug and background testing may be required.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record for business travel. (required)
