The Opportunity
We’re looking for a data-driven, performance-obsessed marketing leader to drive customer acquisition and retention across digital channels. As Senior Manager, Performance Marketing, you’ll own strategy, execution, and optimization across paid platforms—partnering with internal teams and best-in-class agencies to deliver results that matter.
This is a builder’s role for someone who loves testing, scaling, and driving impact in a high-growth, high-velocity environment. You’ll bring both the analytical horsepower and creative spark to move the needle fast—and keep learning as you go.
What You’ll Own

Lead end-to-end strategy and execution across paid media channels including search, social, programmatic display, affiliate, and CTV

Manage agency and platform partners to ensure flawless execution and alignment with growth goals

Own budget allocation and optimization to maximize ROAS, LTV, and incremental acquisition

Translate performance data into insights and opportunities, driving continuous improvement

Oversee A/B testing across creative, copy, landing pages, and targeting

Partner with Creative, Merchandising, and Ecomm teams to launch campaigns that convert

Build and manage a test-and-learn roadmap, reporting out on wins, learnings, and next bets

Collaborate with internal tech partners to ensure best-in-class tagging, attribution, and identity resolution

Maintain key tools and platforms including GTM, GA, product feeds, schema, and email/SMS execution
What You Bring
-
6+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, ideally within fashion, retail, or DTC
-
Strong command of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, attribution models, and GA

Deep understanding of audience segmentation, funnel building, bid strategies, and creative optimization

Experience managing affiliate programs and working with CDPs for personalization

Ability to move fast, think strategically, and work cross-functionally

High attention to detail and comfort with ambiguity—you thrive in an evolving environment

Curious by nature: always testing, analyzing, and iterating to find what works

A team-first mindset, strong communicator, and a bias toward action
