Are you a recent graduate or early-career professional with a passion for marketing, storytelling, and creative strategy? Sino Biological is looking for a Part-Time Marketing Specialist to support our marketing efforts at the intersection of science and communication.
Are you a recent graduate or early-career professional with a passion for marketing, storytelling, and creative strategy? Sino Biological is looking for a Part-Time Marketing Specialist to support our marketing efforts at the intersection of science and communication.
This 20-hour-per-week role is ideal for someone excited to grow their career in a global biotech company—with the potential to transition into a full-time position following a 90-day probation period, based on performance and business needs. If desired, the position may be expanded up to 30 hours/week to be benefits eligible.
Key Responsibilities
Event Coordination & Logistics
Plan and support in-person marketing events, trade shows, and seminars
Coordinate event logistics including registration, materials, setup, and internal communications
Liaise with vendors and venues to ensure smooth operations
Assist with onsite event support and post-event follow-ups
Content Support & Editing
Help draft and proofread event materials, promotional content, and internal documents
Translate technical or operational details into accessible event communication
Marketing Campaign Support
Assist in executing campaign activities tied to events or promotional initiatives
Collaborate with product and sales teams to ensure marketing messages align with event goals
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work with design, operations, and scientific teams to coordinate event content, materials, and timelines
Bring creative input to the table to improve event experiences and outreach effectiveness
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field
Strong organizational and time-management skills with high attention to detail
Comfortable with planning and executing small-to-mid-sized events
Proficient in written communication and able to support editing and proofreading needs
Collaborative mindset and ability to work across teams in a fast-paced environment
Based in or able to commute to Houston, TX
Must be able to lift and move 25–50 lbs as needed (event displays, materials, etc.)
