Are you impatient with inefficiency but relentless about getting things right once you know the subject inside and out? Do you demand accuracy and call people out when they’re even slightly off in their facts or details? When you’re tasked with new research, do you chase down the facts until you have absolute proof? Are you so skeptical that you won’t believe it until you’ve seen the source yourself? Do people sometimes get frustrated with your “prove it” mindset—but secretly rely on you because they know you’ll get it right? Is your communication style straight to the point—more factual and informative than social? Do you hate being wrong and do everything possible to make sure your work is bulletproof? Is “better safe than sorry” second nature for you? Do you like being the go-to expert, the person everyone knows has the right answer? Do you often feel it’s faster to just do the work yourself because you’ll get it done correctly the first time?
