Key Responsibilities for AP Specialist:
- Match purchase orders, receiving documents, and invoices with accuracy (3-way matching)
- Process vendor invoices and route through approval workflows
- Ensure proper coding to general ledger and cost centers
- Reconcile corporate card transactions and resolve discrepancies
Qualifications for AP Specialist:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Intermediate Excel skills and attention to detail ERP system experience (NetSuite a plus!)
