When you join RadNet as a Social Media Specialist you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21st century and align all stakeholders- patients, providers, payors, and regulators to achieve the best clinical outcomes.


You Will:

  • Develop relevant content to reach target audience
  • Engage with current audience/followers as well as attract new followers on all brand profiles and platforms
  • Liaise with other members of the marketing and digital communications to maximize creativity and excellence in performance and delivery
  • Assist the marketing team with campaigns, brainstorming, advertising, and creative development
  • Build and execute social media strategies through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification and segmentation
  • Engage in conversations wherever our brand is mentioned or where there is a comment on our brands platform such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Build a relationship between our brand and our audience by engaging with brand advocates and potential influencers
  • Seek out online collaborating opportunities with local businesses, influencers, companies, and accounts with similar interests
  • Conduct online advocacy and open stream for cross-promotions
  • Work with physicians to collaborate on promotions and social media ad campaigns
  • Monitor trends and benchmarks for measuring the impact of Social Media campaigns. Analyze, strategize, design, review and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results
  • Assist in select community marketing events to capture content and raise awareness of social media presence

  • You have a structured work-approach, understand complex problems and you are able to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.


To Ensure Success in This Role, You Must Have:

  • Four-year degree in Graphic Design, Communications, Marketing or related field.
  • Ability to multi-task projects for all lines of business, meet tight deadlines and good interpersonal skills
  • Strong creative, organizational, problem-solving and time-management skills
  • Expert knowledge in graphic production process and utilize Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience with HTML, CMS, and motion graphics
  • Ability to take projects from start to finish with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to adapt and apply style guides creatively while upholding brand identify for RadNet, as well as our lines of business.
