ABOUT THE ROLE

Belmont Village Senior Living is a leading senior housing company with decades of proven success in developing, operating and managing luxurious Independent Living, Assisted Living & Memory Care communities. Our dedicated Corporate and Regional teams provide reliable support, enabling our on-site teams to deliver the exceptional care and services that our residents and their families trust and expect. The Temporary Interior Designer position is Part Time and will be based in Houston at the Belmont Village Corporate Office.

As the Temporary Interior Designer, you will assist the Interior Design department with various projects and organizational tasks. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to work collaboratively with suppliers and internal stakeholders. YOUR TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Clean, organize and discard Interior Design samples as needed
  • Coordinate with external vendors as needed
  • Assist with special projects within the Interior Design department including but not limited to general organization of storage spaces within the department
  • Work collaboratively with other disciplines within the Development Department to accomplish shared goals and objectives

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • College coursework towards an Interior Design degree required; Interior Design degreed professionals welcome
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with suppliers and internal teams
  • Knowledge in the basic use of Autocad, Revit, Photoshop, Bluebeam and the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in written and verbal English
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Consistent and reliable attendance is essential for all Belmont Village employees to ensure the successful operation of the business
