Description
As Marketing Manager, you will be an integral part of our team and will have a hands-on role in developing and providing the marketing strategy, creating innovative marketing initiatives, monitoring progress toward plan, providing analytical updates, and overseeing the success of our sales and marketing growth plan .
Role Priorities / Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive and innovative B2B marketing plans and strategies to maximize sales and service productivity.
- Implement digital B2B marketing campaigns, including paid search, paid social, email marketing, and SEO strategies.
- Monitor and analyze digital campaign performance metrics; provide regular updates to leadership. Make adjustments and recommendations as needed.
- Hands-on CRM management, including lead nurturing workflows, automation, and sales tracking.
- Manage and oversee marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and social media.
- Partner with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and support their needs.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth.
- Coordinate with other business leaders to ensure business rules, workflows, and data are connected across various systems and Salesforce for service operations and proper business insights.
- Utilize knowledge and experience with sales and marketing operations and CRM systems to ensure reliable and consistent data is available for analytics, reporting, and decision-making.
- Interact with leadership successfully and fulfill ad hoc requests when needed.
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals .
Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Proven track record of success in developing innovative B2B marketing strategies and leading successful sales and marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Proven experience in managing and executing digital B2B marketing campaigns (paid search, paid social, email, SMS, SEO).
- Experience in the implementation and management of marketing campaigns focused on lead generation in support of an internal sales team.
- Exceptional analytical skills, including proficiency with analytical applications and dashboards, and the ability to develop and deliver compelling presentations.
- Deep understanding of the principles of sales and marketing strategies.
- Experience in website management—ideally WordPress—including content development and optimizing for SEO.
- Strong relationship-building, conflict management, and business negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- A builder mentality with a passion for innovation.
- Ability to train and develop a marketing staff.
- Proficient with marketing and business productivity software, tools, and learning new applications.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable with ambiguity.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ideal candidate would have experience with: WordPress, Salesforce CRM & Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Google Ads.
Education or Certification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5 years or more of experience in Marketing in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Ability to pass background screening and pre-employment drug test.
