Basic Function:
Basic Function:
The Creative Content Producer is an integral part of the storytelling process and will be responsible for producing high-quality video projects from conception to completion. This position will also lead in lighting and camera direction, color grading, and post-production video editing for Texans' original content across broadcast, in-stadium, and digital platforms.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Write, produce, and edit original video content.
- Lead producer on special projects such as but not limited to season hype video, playoff video, marketing campaign projects, features, Iron Sharpens Iron, etc.
- Shoot game footage, including but not limited to stadium, fan b-roll, cheer highlights and other requests.
- Conceptualize and produce long form stories for Texans programming.
- Scripting and storyboarding for project concepts.
- Collaborate with other departments such us partnerships, LUXE, social/digital, and more to produce content across all platforms.
- Log and maintain archive with other members of the production team
- Research and recommend production equipment and postproduction advancements.
- Assist with the Texans Playbook production and post-production process
- Perform various other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the Director of Content Production and Sr. Creative Director.
- Advanced knowledge of non-linear editing (Adobe Premiere preferred)
- Advanced skill in working with cinema style cameras (RED, ARRI, and Sony)
- Advanced experience in lighting and set design.
- Working knowledge of After Effects and Photoshop or other relevant multimedia software applications
- Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize and manage multiple and diverse tasks in a high-energy environment.
- Advanced experience in creative script and VO copy.
- Be creative, innovative, and original.

- Display strong interpersonal skills and the ability to create and maintain solid working relationships.
- Ability to maintain confidential and/or proprietary information.

Education/Experience:
- High School Diploma required.
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year accredited college or university is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years working in a post-production agency, collegiate, or professional sports organization required.
Physical Requirements:
- Occasional travel related to job duties and responsibilities.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to talk, stand, walk, sit, drive, bend, squat, climb, twist and reach as necessary.
