Job Summary
This individual will be responsible for Texas and out-of-state titles. Excellent team atmosphere with on the job training.
Essential Functions
- Verify legal transfer of documents for the Department of Motor Vehicles (all-states)
- Post accounting entries related to all DMV transactions
- Complete DMV registration paperwork through Webdealer
- Enter all information needed for title administration in the computer system
- Ensure that tax and title documents are promptly and properly completed
- Promptly and professionally answer all incoming and internal calls
- Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company’s Vision, Mission and Value in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (required)
- 1-2 years’ experience- Title work; Texas and out-of-state (required)
- CDK experience (preferred)
