Description
Position Description
- Assist customers in a courteous, professional, and efficient manner.
- To record, index, and verify disposed court documents for better customer accessibility.
- Stores and maintains disposed court and administrative records which fall under the jurisdiction of this Office.
- Monitor and maintain online public requests for documents.

Requirements
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent from an accredited educational institution.
- Must have Customer service experience.
- Must have basic understanding of Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel.
- Must have valid Texas ID or Driver license.
- Must possess excellent time management skills and Balance work/Home life.
- Must display adequate communication skills by clearly expressing ideas and exchanging information effectively in a verbal and non-verbal format.
- Must be flexible in work assignments and other duties assigned without complaint.
- Must be a Team Player and demonstrate a positive attitude without being intimidating, superior, or nonchalant and willingly participate in department and organizational activities and functions.
- Must be able to multitask and easily adapt to changing daily workflow.
- Testing will be required. (Grammar 80% Typing 35 words per minute with 80% accuracy)
- Must be eligible for employment in the United States of America.

- The test may be taken once every 30 days.
- Most recent test scores are retained for up to 6 months.
Position Type and Typical Hours of Work:
- Regular Full-time
- Monday - Friday | 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
- $20.00 Hourly
- Based on 26 pay periods
- Plus benefit
- Must be able to maneuver, including lifting, climbing ladders and moving a minimum of thirty (30) lbs.

Employment is contingent upon passing a background check and drug screen.
