Description
Duties and Responsibilities: Maintains records and supports CAC staff and partner agencies.Verifies, documents and maintains personal and confidential information related to clients served by the CAC.Works collaboratively with CAC staff and the multidisciplinary team to ensure client information is complete and accurate, enters information into the agency’s system database in a timely manner. Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills.Understands the value of quality customer service.Exhibits professional demeanor and high professional ethics and maintains composure in high-stress situations.Ensure quality customer service for all clients and team members arriving at The Children’s Assessment Center.Accurately enter high volume of sensitive and confidential client information into the agency’s system database.Collect completed paperwork from clients and verify demographic information.Notify CAC staff and multidisciplinary team members when clients are checked in and ready for services.Research client’s information to determine whether they have previously received CAC services. EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
Education and Experience: High School diploma or equivalent and Two (2) years of experience in an office/clerical environment or social service environment using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Bilingual, written and oral, in SpanishReceptionist skills; telephone skills, excellent verbal communication, professionalism, listening, customer focus, organization and ability to manage a high volume of calls.Knowledge of operation of office machines.Strong skill in prioritizing job tasks.Strong organizational skills and ability to implement and maintain a categorical filing system.Ability to communicate effectively with professionals from various disciplines and agencies.Ability to work independently.NOTE: Qualifying education, experience, knowledge and skills must be documented on your job application. SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION
Position Type and Typical Hours of Work: Full time - Hours will be discussed during the interview process.40 hours per week.This is not a Work from Home position and is required to be in the office to perform job duties.Additional Information: Criminal and CPS background check required prior to hiring and E-Verify upon hiring.All candidates are screened for the presence of illegal drugs.Employment is contingent upon passing a background check and drug screen.Due to a high volume of applications positions may close prior to the advertised closing date or at the discretion of the Hiring Department.
