Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
This position will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our company's employees for desktop computers, applications, and related technology. This position will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and helping end-users resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Installs, modify, cleans and repairs monitors, keyboards, mice, PCs, printers and other peripherals. Front-lines support for end-user computer issues. Troubleshoots problems and provides technical support for software and hardware within the company. Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
1-3 years experience
Associates Degree (required)
Certifications (CompTia A+ preferred)
Technical proficiency in desktop hardware, operating systems, and productivity software Familiarity with networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and wireless networking Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Customer service oriented
Strong communication skills
