Seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to provide knowledge transfer and technical expertise on PowerStore, a modern enterprise storage platform. The role focuses on administration, configuration, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. The candidate will guide teams in implementing and integrating PowerStore across environments while ensuring reliable performance and efficient data management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and administer PowerStore systems, including configuration, performance tuning, and issue resolution.
Deliver technical guidance on PowerStore capabilities and use cases such as data migration, NAS, file systems, shares, and exports.
Configure and maintain PowerStore users, remote source systems, and data protection settings.
Diagnose and resolve issues involving IPMI, CHAP authentication, and host connectivity.
Work with stakeholders to implement data reporting and analytics solutions using CloudIQ.
Maintain expertise in PowerStore models, configurations, and licensing structures.
Provide architectural guidance for integrating PowerStore with VMware and other third-party platforms.
Design and implement data protection policies to improve data availability and storage efficiency.
Troubleshoot hardware and network-related issues impacting PowerStore environments.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical challenges and enhance overall system performance.
Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of experience managing and configuring PowerStore environments.
Strong knowledge of PowerStore capabilities including data migration, NAS, file systems, shares, and exports.
Proven experience diagnosing and resolving PowerStore-related issues.
Solid understanding of PowerStore integration with VMware and other enterprise systems.
Experience using CloudIQ for monitoring, reporting, and analytics.
Familiarity with PowerStore product models, configurations, and licensing.
Strong communication and analytical problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Technical proficiency with Linux, Windows, and PowerShell scripting.
Experience with IT service management processes and tools.
Capability to troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues effectively.
