KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Contract and Asset Management to join our Digital Nexus technology organization. This is a hybrid work opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day processes and procedures to support ongoing operations of ITAM Asset Management; act in the capacity of a subject matter expert to support ongoing IT Asset Management activities for specific assigned vendors
- Partner with asset owners to ensure asset information is kept accurate and up to date throughout the lifecycle; research, document and manage implementation of business requirements and features as requested by business units and as aligned to IT Asset management functions
- Maintain and publish asset metrics, create custom reports based on ITAM discovery knowledge and requestor specifications; participate as needed in support of IT Asset Management projects; document and report any issues to support prioritization and management for timely resolution
- Document, support and maintain ITAM processes and procedures, and related training materials; make recommendations and implement continuous ITAM process improvements
- Maintain skills within the profession that will allow for proactive assessment of effort needs and completing business analysis deliverables; utilize the Flexera Network Management Platform (FNMP) asset management tool
- Perform proactive internal software audits to ensure software license compliance standards are met; support and contribute to organization's strategy and contribute ideas and feedback within department
Qualifications:
- Minimum three years of recent experience managing IT Assets through their lifecycle with strong understanding of and experience with IT Asset management lifecycle processes and tools
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred; Industry Certifications such as ITIL V3, IAITAM (including: CHAMP,CSAM, or CITAM), PMP, Lean Six Sigma are preferred
- Experience with ServiceNow and Discovery technologies
- Strong project management experience with small and large projects, in a cross-functional environment
- Strong verbal/written communication, with ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of responsibility and authority; solid trouble-shooting and organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
