The work:

  • Own the design, configuration, and delivery of key SAP S/4HANA FSCM and Treasury solution components including Cash Management, Bank Account Management, In-House Cash, Liquidity Planning, Treasury & Risk Management, and Bank Communication Management.
  • Translate complex treasury and financial supply chain requirements into solution designs leveraging S/4HANA innovations such as One Exposure, Centralized Cash Positioning, Advanced Liquidity Planning, and Fiori-based apps.
  • Lead and participate in workshops with client treasury teams and finance stakeholders to confirm solution scope, business rules, risk policies, and approval workflows.
  • Configure and support integration scenarios across core finance (FI), AP/AR, and external systems such as banks and trading platforms, ensuring process integrity for payments, hedging, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Build functional specifications for interfaces, payment formats, and workflows (e.g., MT940, ISO20022, BAM, BAI2), working closely with technical and integration teams.
  • Execute and support unit testing, integration testing, and UAT, addressing defects, validating liquidity data flows, and ensuring accurate exposure management.
  • Prepare and validate data loads for bank accounts, house banks, deal masters, and related treasury data objects.
  • Provide input into training materials, testing plans, and change impact assessments for treasury users.
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality deliverables, escalating risks or dependencies to the Finance or R2R Lead as required.

This is a hybrid role in Nashville, TN and will require 3 days per week in the office. May consider qualified applicants in Houston, TX.


Here’s what you need:

  • A minimum of 3 years of hands-on SAP experience in Treasury and FSCM, with at least one S/4HANA implementation covering Treasury or Cash Management solution areas.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)

Bonus points if:

  • Strong process and system understanding of bank communication, cash positioning, liquidity management, FX/derivatives, and risk management.
  • Configuration expertise in SAP Cash Management powered by HANA, Bank Account Management, and TRM submodules (e.g., Transaction Manager, Exposure Management, Risk Analyzers).
  • Exposure to Fiori apps for Treasury and Cash Management processes.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and testing skills with the ability to collaborate in client-facing delivery roles.
  • You’ve worked on centralized payment factory or In-House Cash scenarios.
  • You understand integration with S/4HANA Advanced Payment Management, SWIFT, or third-party treasury workstations.
  • You’ve implemented Liquidity Planning with SAC or advanced analytics for Treasury KPIs.
  • You’ve supported FSCM components like Dispute Management, Collections Management, or Credit Management in S/4HANA.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York or Washington as set forth below.
