Responsibilities:
- Prepare, finalize, and distribute monthly invoices per Firm Billing policies, guidelines, and standard processes
- Prepare draft invoices, review and revise narratives per Firm standards, execute time/cost transfers, write-offs, and other value adjustments; finalize invoices and ensure timely delivery for payment (via e-mail or other methods as applicable); execute all Billing tasks per established standard processes
- Track outstanding and aged receivables and assist with follow-up as necessary
- Generate ad hoc reports efficiently, with an emphasis on leveraging Excel and SAP solutions
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues and cross-service line teams, including National Finance, Client Account, and Office Administration
- Support other operational projects as required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Keen attention to detail and effective organizational skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with working knowledge of other Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- SAP experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment and handle multiple projects/tasks with accuracy and efficiency
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Flexibility to work overtime and a reasonable shifting schedule as may be required
