JOB DESCRIPTION
- Performs administrative duties such as answering phones, faxing, scanning, and copying documents
- Greets and directs visitors to appropriate UHD persons or offices
- Assists other faculty and staff members
- Take messages for office personnel
- Refer callers to other departments as needed
- Maintains the filing system
- Receives and distributes mail
- Maintains office supplies for office
- Running errands within the university
- Assist with other duties as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be a current UHD student
- Must be available to work up to 19.5 hours a week
- Available to work Monday – Friday 1 pm -5pm
