Position Details
- Oversees day-to-day operations of the President’s Office, ensuring efficiency, professionalism, and responsiveness.
- Manages the budget for the Office of the President.
- Coordinates logistics for meetings, conferences, campus events, and official travel, including complex domestic and international arrangements.
- Exercises independent judgment in responding to inquiries, delegating matters appropriately, and resolving issues on behalf of the President when appropriate.
- Assigns and reviews work of student employees; provides guidance and ensures quality and timeliness of deliverables.
- Establishes and maintains efficient systems for document management, records retention, and confidential file maintenance.
- Manages confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion.
- Maintains accurate records and ensures timely follow-up on action items and commitments.
- Performs other job-related duties as required to support the mission and strategic objectives of the University.
- Higher education governance structures and administrative operations.
- University policies, procedures, and compliance standards.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting a president, chancellor, CEO, or senior executive.
- Experience in higher education administration.
- Familiarity with board governance processes and executive-level communications.
