Description
1. Client Engagement & Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary on-site liaison between the client and offshore/nearshore teams.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and ensure high client satisfaction.
- Conduct regular status meetings and provide transparent reporting on progress, risks, and issues.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling services.
2. Delivery Management
- Oversee end-to-end project execution including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Manage delivery KPIs, SLAs, and quality benchmarks.
- Proactively manage risks, issues, and escalations.
3. Team Leadership & Coordination
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (development, QA, DevOps, support).
- Facilitate communication between on-site and offshore teams.
- Mentor team members and ensure optimal resource utilization.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
4. Governance & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to organizational processes and industry best practices.
- Monitor compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory standards.

5. Financial & Commercial Oversight
- Track project budgets, revenue, and margins.
- Support billing, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Identify cost optimization opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- 8–15 years of experience in IT services, with at least 3–5 years in a delivery management role.
- Proven experience managing client-facing IT projects on-site.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification.
- Experience managing global delivery models (Onsite–Offshore).
- O&G Domain expertise will have added advantage
