Product Line Manager - Max Production

Core Responsibilities

  • Full technology ownership of the Max Production application, including roadmap, scalability, reliability, and cybersecurity.
  • Lead SaaS/DaaS R&D prioritization in partnership with internal teams and customer needs.
  • Perform market research, including competitive analysis and benchmarking.
  • Own SaaS/DaaS business model development including pricing, packaging, and recurring revenue strategy.
  • Drive commercialization strategy and go-to-market planning.
  • Develop and execute marketing plan aligned with digital growth objectives.
  • Lead pricing strategy and execution with value-based frameworks.
  • Oversee data science, predictive analytics, and optimization model development.
  • Lead third-party technology evaluation, procurement and integration.
  • Own enterprise data integration services strategy across multiple OEM platforms.
  • Develop and publish technical papers and present at industry conferences.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in production optimization, artificial lift, or digital oilfield technologies. ESP, Gas Lift and Rod Lift experience preferred.
  • 5+ years of SaaS or DaaS product leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated experience owning full product lifecycle (technology + commercial).
  • Strong financial acumen with P&L and pricing experience.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams across R&D, sales, and marketing.
