Description
The Operations Support Engineer/Assistant is responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and reliable PSD to customers. The Operations Support Engineer/Assistant identifies opportunities to improve service delivery and provides technical assistance.
- Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.
- Provide technical assistance for various projects as required.
- Ensure technical designs meet internal and customer requirements prior to signoff by the Design/Technical Engineer or Technical Expert.
- Support technical integrity and competency by comprehending and supporting the Design-Execute-Evaluate process.
- Collect and collate information of key performance indicators.
Minimum Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant industry experience (e.g., hyperscale contractor, data center construction, electrical or mechanical subcontracting, field engineering, manufacturing engineering, quality engineering, maintenance engineering, project management).
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial, or civil engineering OR 2–4 years of military experience in a related technical field
- Ability to plan, organize, and execute logistics operations to support project timelines and deliverables.
- Strong communication skills to engage with clients professionally, ensuring clear, effective, and solution - oriented dialogue.
