About the Role:
As the RME Site Sr. Manager, you will oversee a complex maintenance operation in a large-scale facility. This includes managing a team of dedicated Senior Maintenance Managers, ensuring a safe and functional working environment for all maintenance employees in the site. You will be a proactive leader with the ability to align resource strategy with business strategy to make the site productive and world class. You must be a self-starter, possessing the ability to manage multiple complex projects and tasks simultaneously as well as be able to influence, and develop relationships at all organization levels. You must be capable of overseeing the maintenance acceptance of part of commissioning large-scale, complex projects.

Key job responsibilities
- You will set overall strategic goals and implement these strategies to ensure goals are being met, by frequent on-site monitoring, auditing and enforcement of maintenance execution, safe work practices
- You will oversee Senior Maintenance Managers and build a world-class facilities maintenance organization
- You will partner with Senior RME Leaders to set organizational goals
- You will assess your site’s RME talent and select appropriate bench strength for current and future business needs
- You will travel domestically up to 15% to support network-level initiatives and provide guidance across multiple sites
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or Reliability Engineering, or 2+ years of Amazon RME (BB/3P) Full Time Exempt experience
- 7+ years of industrial maintenance experience
- 7+ years of leading organizations with 100 or more employees experience
- 7+ years of senior leadership development and talent management experience
- 7+ years of managing department spend and labor budgets, performing root cause analysis (RCA), and implementing continuous improvement (CI) experience
- 7+ years of managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 10+ years of direct leadership/supervisory experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Master's degree, or Six Sigma Black Belt certification
- Professional Engineering registration
- Knowledge of statistical analysis
- Experience leading multi-site maintenance organizations
- Experience maintaining material handling equipment and integrated systems
- Experience working with Material Handling Equipment (MHE) integrators

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
