DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES / ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
The Senior IT Professional – Applications will be responsible for the management and support of Microsoft 365 applications, specifically focusing on SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams, Nintex workflows, and other Microsoft tools. The ideal candidate will work under direction of the IT Manager and will perform M365 related application management and support activities for city departments, and staff to ensure the seamless operation of M365 apps, maintaining a 24/7 uptime. This role will be pivotal in the administration, configuration, and troubleshooting of M365 applications, providing hands-on support, training, expert-level troubleshooting and drive continuous improvement.
- Design and Develop SharePoint sites and Management
- Configure and Manage OneDrive Sites for Business
- Configure and Manage Microsoft Teams Administration and Policies
- Overall Administration of Microsoft 365 Applications such as Planner, Bookings, and Lists
- Develop and Maintain Nintex Forms and Workflows
- Provide High-Level User Support & Training
