- Develop strategies and opportunities to win work across the States we serve and coordinate Win Plans with the Sector. Build long-term relationships with clients, team partners and industry leaders.
- Identify, hire and develop a team to provide these services internally, after the market is developed.
- Coordinate with Parkhill’s Marketing and Business Development Teams to develop and execute a business development plan for the industry. Integrate with the overall strategy of the Environmental Sector’s Strategic Vision and Operational Plan.
- Represent Parkhill at council / commission meetings / conferences / seminars.
- Work across Sectors and office locations to fully utilize Parkhill’s experiential knowledge.
- Oversee engineering efforts on relevant projects. Collaborate with engineers, architects and other consultants.
- Conduct site visits and assessments.
- Participate in meetings with clients to understand their project needs and preferences.
- Present deliverables to clients and stakeholders for feedback and approval.
- Explore new design concepts, incorporating emerging technologies.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil or environmental engineering from an accredited college or university.
- Professional engineer registration in TX.
- Prefer at least 10 years of experience specializing in environmental compliance and air permitting for the oil and gas industry.
- Expert level knowledge of permitting and compliance practices, principles and keep up with the ever-changing industry trends.
- Setting goals with a focus on the long-term needs of Parkhill.
- Experience working with state and federal regulatory agencies.
