Position Details
- Establishes, plans, and administers the overall policies and goals for Information Technology, including long-term and day-to-day activities (staff/student how-to’s, training, customer services, end-user computing, lab/classrooms, and conference room support.
- Participates in all programs and enforces all policies relating to performance evaluations and career development planning. Facilitates the technology governance framework to include requests, feasibility, funding allocation, implementation, and quality assurance.
- Plans and implements additions, deletions, major modifications, upgrades/updates to university technology equipment in support of teaching and learning.
- Anticipates future technology needs, refresh plans and service level management and reporting.
- Helps establish and build relationships with vendors in conjunction with executive leadership.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
