Position Summary
Reporting directly to the Houston campus Chancellor, this contractor position will play an integral role in supporting Fuller TX’ strategy to grow the number of students studying within degree programs offered on Fuller’s Houston campus by Fuller’s School of Mission and Theology and by Fuller’s School of Psychology and Marriage and Family Therapy. This position will work closely with cross-department colleagues both in Houston campus as well as Pasadena, in developing and executing marketing strategies and setting measurable marketing OKRs that grow awareness and increase preference for Fuller’s degrees within the greater Houston area, the state of Texas, and the U.S. South..
Primary Responsibilities
- Manages marketing research programs that advance the Fuller Texas strategic plan and/or improve degree program enrollment
- Ensures marketing campaigns and materials have appropriate quality, creative approval and meet all of Fuller’s branding standards
- Manage Fuller Houston’s social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn) with weekly content calendars for Fuller Houston current student and prospective student
- Design, edit, and publish Fuller TX monthly newsletter .
- Develops and manages execution of marketing initiatives and campaigns to engage key
- Coordinates media buys with approved vendors for degree programs, in accordance with the respective marketing plans
- Assists in marketing plan creation and ongoing marketing plan management
- Implements paid advertising strategies across digital platforms (Google Search and Display, Facebook, Adroll), in accordance with the marketing plans
- Works closely with third-party vendors related to assigned programs to optimize marketing campaign execution process and overall system processes
- Updates, monitors, and shares monthly marketing program results and status to goals
- Track all paid advertising campaigns ongoingly, including performance metrics and due dates for upcoming campaigns and invoices
- Work with Fuller’s Strategic Communications department as necessary to ensure brand consistency

Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management skills
- Highly organized and strong attention to detail
- Ability to analyze and track digital marketing performance metrics
- Comfortable and adept at multitasking
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with social media scheduling platforms (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.)
- Working knowledge of social media asset creation (familiarity with graphic design platforms)
