Key Responsibilities

Deliver IADC MPD courses according to IADC requirements.

Deliver IWCF and IADC Well Control courses.

Ensure training sessions are professionally prepared and executed to Maersk Training and industry standards.

Support accreditation compliance and contribute to the development of new material and practical scenarios.

Collaborate with our team to maintain high-quality training delivery and client satisfaction.
We are looking for
-
Minimum 10 years of drilling industry experience, including at least 2 years of proven MPD operational or supervisory experience.

Demonstrated capability to deliver IADC MPD Course.

Approved instructor by IWCF/IADC if required to deliver IWCF/IADC courses.

Accredited assessor by IWCF if required to perform IWCF Practical Assessments.

Fluency in English (spoken and written). Additional languages (Portuguese/Spanish) are an advantage.

Strong communication, instructional, and client-facing skills.

Availability to travel domestically and internationally, if required.

Engagement as consultant/contractor, with possibility of future employment.
