Position Overview
The firm is seeking a Finance Of Counsel to join its Project & Energy group, focusing on energy transition financing matters. This role offers the opportunity to work on internationally recognized projects, including novel financing deals in the energy transition space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work on energy transition financing matters
  • Handle transactions in financing and M&A of energy transition projects and companies
  • Engage in tax equity and renewable energy tax credit monetization

Required Qualifications

  • JD
  • Admitted to practice in the jurisdiction in which you are applying
  • Minimum 9 years of experience in energy transition finance matters
  • Experience in financing and M&A of energy transition projects
  • Proven experience in tax equity and renewable energy tax credit monetization
  • Strong analytical and writing skills
  • Attention to detail
