- Maintain customer experience optimization by way of solving problems, managing internal and external communications, and driving to specific outcomes relating to each account assigned.
- Independently manages key agency customers’ books of business to identify internal and external actions required to meet specific customer needs.
- Represents the business to UW, L&C, New Business & Sales colleagues. Drive the team to specific outcomes relating to their accounts, customers, and book of business.
- Proactively manages metrics for each assigned relationship, identifying trends for ‘at risk’ business and or relationships.
- Proactively shares home office changes and identify and preparing for agency changes which impact home office operations.
- Knowledge of Case Management principles & strategies, our products & operational and business processes, as well as service management ideals.
- Leadership skills to lead and influence without direct authority
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to work across customer groups, business functions and teams that are geographically dispersed. Able to deal with difficult and challenging situations.
- Understands vendor fulfillment and submission processes
- Ability to navigate a complex organization structure to locate information and solve problems based on varying levels of urgency and priority
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other systems and/or software used for policy administration, communication, spread sheeting and web platforms
