Work you'll do/Responsibilities
- Shape product features: problem framing, requirements, prioritization, and success metrics with stakeholders.
- Build and deliver ML/analytics solutions: analysis, experimentation, modeling, and simulation logic.
- Run delivery: coordinate team execution, manage dependencies, unblock work, and maintain cadence

Qualifications
Required
- 6+ years of Leading end-to-end delivery of machine learning (ML)-driven product features, combining hands-on data science with product strategy, stakeholder leadership, and team execution.
- 6+ years of Delivering cutting-edge value-based care (VBC) contract financial simulation capabilities for a top national healthcare organization, driving measurable impact through rapid iteration and demo-driven alignment.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
Preferred
- Applied ML/statistics and experimentation; comfort working in ambiguity
- Experience shipping ML/analytics solutions as product functionality. Strong stakeholder management and executive-ready communication
