Pay Range: USD $90,000.00 - USD $100,000.00 /Yr.
As a Marketing Manager, you will have the opportunity to work closely with many departments in growing our business by promoting our products, our services, and our people. The ideal candidate will be an effective voice of the business and ensure consistency and growth across brands. The success of the Marketing Manager is vital to our business!
What You'll Do:
Content Creation and Management:
- Work with sales teams to create bilingual material that generate leads
- Newsletter, QBR, PPT Decks
- Coordinate with creative/design teams for branding and asset development
- Coordinate with creative, digital, and sales teams to deliver integrated campaigns
Collaboration on Initiatives:
- Work closely with department leaders to create, deploy, and socialize various initiatives, ensuring effective communication and engagement across the organization
- Manage local and regional events
Review and Oversight:
- Conduct thorough reviews and offer critical feedback on key internal and external communications to ensure clarity and impact
- Manage HubSpot, the company’s CRM
Collaboration and Strategy Implementation:
- Align communication efforts with the company’s strategic goals, collaborating closely with the Director of Marketing and Communications
Brand Consistency:
- Guarantee that all communication materials accurately reflect the company brand across various platforms
- Lead cross-functional projects and ensure brand consistency across all channels
- Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) for all divisions
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Foster relationships with leaders across the organization to enhance the integration of communications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role and working with Adobe Creative Suite – Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, SharePoint, and WordPress
- Proven communication skills - including bilingual ability in English and Spanish
- Deep understanding of optimal practices for business communications and social media
- Ability to manage and strategize during crises
- Demonstrated ability to work across various departments
- Proficiency in managing multiple projects at once with excellent time management and organizational skills
- Familiarity with the supply chain, logistics, or transportation industries preferred
